***What you need to bring for every Wednesday trail*** (for real. stop showing up without beer and/or a vessel): Beer, virgins, head lamp or other light device, $1 hash cash, shiggy clothes and change for on-after, bug spray, Tecnu, hash mug or other drinking vessel.

June 22-24: A Midsummer Night's Hash. Larrikins introduce the IronMan Challenge.

We are a social group that gets together to run and socialize. We follow a trail of chalk or flour (2-4ish miles) to an ON-AFTER celebration of refreshments and songs. The start begins at different locations in and around Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, NC. You can find the start location and details in the events or hareline section. A hare lays the trail and the pack follows the trail. Our point is to socialize, see new and different areas of Triangle area, and meet fun people. If you've half a mind to try it, that's all it takes. This is a NON-competitive social group. If you get in shape, it's your own damn fault!

Typically, CLH3 hashes every other Wednesday night (fortnight, get it? aka, for all you dumb wankers, we hash on the first and third Wed of each month) with hares being determined by short straw. In addition, hash cash is typically $1 and it's BYOB. However, being the hoodlums we are, our kennel is not so much about being confined to guidelines and rules, so hashes can also held on other days of the week or weekend, and sometimes we increase the hash cash amount. Of course, just check the the hareline to find out specific details of an event.

We are a community of hashers. In order for your membership on this site to be approved, show up in person a time or two so we know who you are and we'll happily approve you. If we like you.
